Introduction

Century 21 Joint Stock Company is a Vietnam-based company engaged in the real estate development industry. It invests in the infrastructures of residential and office building projects, then subdivides and sells land lots. It also offers offices for lease. Through its subsidiaries, it is active in hotel, resort and restaurant investment and operation, as well as tour operations. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had five subsidiaries, including four wholly-owned, namely Sao Mai 21st Century Company Limited, Ham Tan 21st Century Company Limited, Khai Hoan Construction Production Trading Company Limited, 21st Century one member Company Limited and Cam Ranh 21st Century Company Limited. In addition, it had two affiliates.

  • The precursor of Century 21 Joint Stock Company  was Youth Company Limited with a staff of over 120 people from Youth Newspapers.
  • On July 07, 1997, the company was officially converted into Century 21 Joint Stock Company  with nearly 200 shareholders. Its initial charter capital was VNS 12 billion.
  • In 2001, charter capital was adjusted to VND 18,5 billion.
  • In 2004, charter capital was adjusted to VND 37 billion.
  • In 2007, charter capital was adjusted twice to 70,7 billion and then to 100 billion.
  • In 2009, charter capital was aslo adjusted twicw to VND 115 billion and then 137,12 billion.
  • In 2010, charter capital was adjusted to VND 193,36 billion.
  • On Jul 15, 2011, the company’s shares were officially traded on Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange.
  • On Sept 18, 2015, its shares were voluntarily delisted on HOSE. 
  • The company was approved to listed on UpCom on Nov 01, 2016.
