  • Tam Hiep Wood Processing Joint Sock Company developed and became Duc Thanh Wood Processing Co., Ltd in June 1993 with initial charter capital of VND 2.025 billion and over 130 workers.
  • On Aug 08, 2000, Duc Thanh Wood Processing Co., Ltd was converted to Duc Thanh Wood Processing Joint Stock Company with initial charter capital of VND 5.05 billion and 20 shareholders under business registration certificate No 4103000126 issued by Ho Chi Minh Department of Planning and Investment.
  • In 2002, the company's charter capital was adjusted twice: to VND 15.050 billion on Jul 01. 2002 and to VND 25.050 billion on Dec 09, 2002.
