It produces confectionery products, including biscuits, buns, cakes, moon cakes, ice cream, snacks, yogurt, and chocolates under the brand names of Kinh Do, AFC, Cosy, Moon Cake, Solite, Scotti, Merino, Celano, Merino, Trang Vang, etc. The company also produces and trades various food and drink products, such as ice, ice cream, milk, and other dairy products, as well as produces cookies, beverages and liquors, cigarettes, purified water, and fruit juice. In addition, it purchases and sells agricultural products and foods, industrial products, and fabrics; leases a factory; and operates in real estate industry. The company was founded in 1993 and is headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

  • Kinh Do Corporation was previously known as Kinh Do Construction and Food Processing Company Limited, which was found in 1993 with investment capital of VND 1.4 billion. It focused on trading snack – which was a new product to domestic consumers.
  • In 1994, charter capital was adjusted to VND 14 billion. The company imported s snack production line worth USD 750.000 from Japan.
  • A new 14,000m2 area factory was invested to construct, located at 6/134 National Road 13, Hiep Binh Phuoc ward, Thu Duc district, Ho Chi Minh City.
  • At the end of 1998, a chocolate candy production line was put into operation with total investment value of US$ 800,000.
  • In 1999, charter capital was adjusted to VND 40 billion and Sacivo-Kinh Do Commercial Center in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City was established. In the same year, its Bakary chain was first introduced.
  • In Kinh Do Company continued to increase its charter capital up to VND51billion; to enlarge its factories up to approximately 60,000m2 in which the area of factory was 40,000m2.  In order to diversify product range, the company invested around US$2 million to buy a European crackers production line. The Company started to implement the quality control system in line with ISO9001:2000
  • On Sep 01, 2001, Kinh Do Northern Foodstuff Processing JSC was established.
  • From 1st October 2002, its name changed from Kinh Do Food Processing and Construction Limited Company to Kinh Do Corporation.
  • In July 2003, Kinh Do officially acquired Wall’s Vietnam Ice-Cream company from Unilever and changed the trademark into KIDO’s Ice-cream.
  • In March 2004, Kinh Do Sai Gon Bakery Joint Stock Corporation was established
  • On Oct 20, 2004, Kinh Do Binh Duong Corporation was established with its charter capital of VND100 billion in which Kinh Do Corporation contributed 80% capital.
  • In Dec 2004, North Kinh Do Cooporation officially listed its shares on the stock exchange (stock code: NKD).
  • In Dec 2004, Kinh Do Real Estate Corporation was established.
  • In Nov 2005, Kinh Do invested in Sai Gon Beverage Corporation - Tribeco.
  • In Dec 12, 2005, Kinh Do's shares were officially listed on the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange.
  • In Dec 2006, Kinh Do construct two new factories: Kinh Do Binh Duong and Binh Duong Tribeco.
  • In Feb 2007, Kinh Do Corporation and Eximbank signed the Strategic Partner Agreement.  
  • In May 2007, two subsidiaries under Kinh Do system including Tribeco Saigon and North Kinh Do Corporation commenced constructing the North Tribeco Factory in Hung Yen province.
  • In July 2007, Kinh Do and Dong Tam Nutrition Food Corporation (Nutifood) signed Comprehensive Strategic Cooperation Agreement.
  • In Aug 2007, Kinh Do invested in Sai Thanh Solution Corporation (SSC) and officially participated in field of training for high-ranking personnel.
  • In Dec 2007, Kinh  Do acquired Vinabico - Confectionary Joint Sock Company.
  • In Dec 2008, Kinh Do officially put Kinh Do Binh Duong Factory into operation.
  • In 2010, Kinh Do issued 18.242.682 shares to swap shares of NKD and KDC.
  • On May 27, 2014, the company issued shares to increased its charter capital to VND 2.141.282.700.000.
  • On Sept 11, 2014, its charter capital was adjusted to VND 2.566.533.970.000.
  • On Nov 01, 2015, it was renamed KiDo Group Corporation.
