Lilama 69-1 Joint Stock Company is a Vietnam-based civil engineering company. The Company is engaged in the assembly, installation and maintenance of heavy mechanical equipment, fabricated steel structures, and production chains for industrial facilities. Its projects are La hien cement project, Hanoi museum, Halong cement project, Quan Trieu cement project, fabrication gas air preheated project, fabrication steel structure and Dung Quat oil refinery factory. As of Dec 2016, the Company is a subsidiary of LILAMA Vietnam Corporation.

  • Lilama 69-1 Joint Stock Company was previously known as Machinery Erection Factory No 6, which was established in 1961 due to the merger of Ha Bac Machinery Erection - Nitrogenous Fertilizer Workshop and Uong Bi – Quang Ninh Machinery Erection – Thermoelectric Workshop.
  • After that, Machinery Erection Factory No 6 was merged with Hoang Thach – Hai Duong Machinert Erection Factory to form the Union of Machinery Erection 69.
  • Following Decree No 388/HDBT of the Ministerial Council on re-establishing state enterprise and Decision No. 06A/BXD-TCLD of the Ministry of Construction, the Union was re-established under the name of Machinery Erection 69-1 Factory.
  • Following Decision No. 05/BXD-TCLD dated Jan 02, 1996, the factory was renamed to Machinery Erection and Construction 69-1 Company.
  • Following Decision No. 2054/QD-BXD dated Oct 31, 2005 of the Minister of Construction, Machinery Erection and Construction 69-1 Company under Vietnam Machinery Erection Corporation was transformed into LILIMA 69-1 Joint Stock Company with initial charter capital of VND 20.150.000.000
  • Following Resolution of the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting dated Apr 26, 2007, additional charter capital of VND 50.000.000.000 was raised to meet the need for business expansion. As of Jun 2007, the company’s charter capital was VND 70.150.000.000.
  • From Nov 19, 2008, the company’s shares were listed on the Ha Noi Stock Exchange.
