Introduction

Post and Telecommunications Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company (PTIC) is a Vietnam-based construction company. It constructs telecommunication, informatics and other civil and industrial structures, as well as provides related architectural, installation and engineering services. In addition, the Company manufactures and trades equipment and supplies for the post and telecommunications industry, such as Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) and High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) pipes, telpher and cooper cables.

  • Post and Telecommunications Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company was established on Oct 30, 1976 under the name of Post Office Construction Company following Decision No. 1348/TCCB-LD of Post Office Department.
  • In 1996, the Post Office Department issued Decision No.435/TCCB-LD on establishing the state-owned Post Office Construction Company, a member of Vietnam Post and Telecommunication Corporation.
  • On Dec 27, 1996, the company was awarded with First Class Business in the field of construction.
  • On Jan 19, 1999, the company was equitized following the decision of the management board of Vietnam Post and Telecommunication Corporation.
  • On Dec 15, 2004, the company was granted business registration certificate for a joint stock company and changed its name to Post and Telecommunications Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company.
  • On Dec 15, 2008, the company’s shares were listed on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange.
