Seaprodex Refrigeration Industry Corporation (Searefico) is a Vietnam-based company engaged in the electrical and refrigeration equipment industry. The Company has two main businesses: industrial refrigeration and mechanical & electrical (M&E) services. Under the industrial refrigeration business, Searefico provides consultancy, design, installation, and maintenance services for industrial refrigeration systems, which are used by seafood, beverage and pharmaceutical corporate clients. The M&E services business of the Company engages in designing, installing and maintaining of mechanical and electrical networks, such as communication, security, air conditioning and building management systems, in office and industrial buildings.

The precursor of Seaprodex Refrigeration Industry Corporation is Phu Lam Mechanical Factory, which was established on Nov 18, 1977 following Decision No. 1501/QD-UB of Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee. Later, it was re-established under the new name Mechanical Enterprise No 3/2.
On Apr 01, 1993, Seaprodex Refrigeration Industry Company was established following Decision No. 95/TS/QDTC under Vietnam National Sea Products Corporation (Seaprodex Vietnam).
From Nov 1996, following the Ministry of Fishery’s Decision, Da Nang Seaprodex Refrigeration Industry Company was merged into Seaprodex Refrigeration Industry Company.
In 1999, , Seaprodex Refrigeration Industry Company was equitized and became , Seaprodex Refrigeration Industry Joint Stock Company with an initial charter capital of VND 12 billion.
In Feb 2007, charter capital was adjusted to VND 23.978.500.000 via issuing shares to existing shareholders with the ratio 1:1.
In May 2008, charter capital was adjusted to VND 80.200.660.000 via issuing bonus shares to existing shareholders with the ratio 10:7,3.
On Oct 21, 2009, the company’s shares were officially listed on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange.
From December 04, 2013, the company's charter capital increased to VND162,542,920,000.
By May 14, 2014, its charter capital reached VND 243.749.160.000.
