Introduction

Vien Lien Joint Stock Company is a Vietnam-based manufacturer of communications equipment . The Company manufactures and trades equipment and devices used in telecommunications operations, such as fiber optic cables and other communications cables and wires, telephones, computers, computer peripherals and network routers. It also manufactures and trades computer software and printing ink. The Company offers installation and design services of electricity and telecommunications systems. It is also involved in the provision of communications equipment repair and maintenance services, along with computer training services.

  • Vien Lien Joint Stock Company was established with lincese No. 223/GP-UB dated Mar 02, 1993 by the People’s Committee in Ho Chi Minh City. Its initial charter capital was VND 700 million.
  • In 1994, it became sole distributor of Ricoh Fax Machine. In the same yearm it adjusted its charter capital to VND 2,7 billion.
  • By the end of 2002, it increased its charter capital to VND 7 billion with capital contribution from Cabel and Communication Material Joint Sock Company (SACOM), Ha Noi Post-Telecommunication Construction and Installation Joint Stock Company (HACISCO), Post and Telecommunication Finance Company (PTF) and Ha Lan Informatics Company Limited.
  • On Jul, 2005, it increased its charter capital to VND 10 billion.
  • On Jun 08, 2009, the company’s shares were officially listed on the Ha Noi Stock Exchange.
  • By Mar 31, 2010, its charter capital was VND 47.439.330.000.
