  • Tasco Joint Stock Company was previously known as a state-owned enterprise which was established since 1971 with the name of Nam Ha Bridge Enterprise, operating in the field of transport infrastructure construction.
  • In 1980, the company was renamed Ha Nam Ninh Bridge Company.
  • In 1992, Ha Nam Ninh Bridge Company was renamed Nam Ha Civil Construction Company (Nam Dinh).
  • In Nov 2000, the company was privatized and transformed from a state-owned business to the joint stock form, following No.2616/2000/QD-UB Decision 20th November 2000 of Nam Dinh People’s Committee with the name of Nam Dinh Transportation Infrastructure Construction Joint Stock Company.
