Following Decision No. 1112/QD-SGDHN dated 20/10/2023, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of VNZ stock as follows:
- Reason for continued trading restriction the company is late to submit the Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statements 2023 more than 45 days from the deadline of information disclosure
- Trading restriction: trading is only available every Friday;
- Applicable law(s): Point b Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in this Decision, VNG Joint Stock Company shall send the HNX explanation and suggested remedial measures.
