On 20/10/2023, HNX announces the stock status of VNG Joint Stock Company (stock code: VNZ) as follows: VNZ shares are under trading restriction under Decision No. 1112/QD-SGDHN dated 20/10/2023 due to the reason that the Company has submission of the Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statements 2023 more than 45 days from the deadline of information disclosure, thus under trading restriction as prescribed at Point b Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
