C92 shares are under trading restriction under Decision No. 337/QD-SGDHN dated April 04, 2024 as the auditor gave disclaimer of opinion on the Audited Financial Statements 2022 and qualified opinion on the Audited Financial Statements 2023 as prescribed in Point c Section 1 and Point c Section 5 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
