NHV: Notice on stock status

On May 23, 2025, HNX announces the status of NHV Investment Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: NHV) as follows:
- NHV shares are put under continued trading suspension according to Decision No.637/QD-SGDHN dated 23/05/2025 due to the reason(s) that the company did not have any remedy to overcome the reason leading to the trading restriction according to Point d Section 1 Article 46 of the Securities Law as prescribed at Point e Section 1 Article 35 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
- NHV shares are put under continued trading restriction according to Decision No.638/QD-SGDHN dated 23/05/2025 due to the reason(s) that the company did not organize Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in the most recent 02 fiscal years according to Clause 2, Article 139 of the Enterprise Law as prescribed at Point h Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
