VBB: Share Issuance for raising share capital from owner's equity

- Execution ratio: 100:15
+ For common shares: 100:15 (shareholders owning 100 shares will receive 15 additionally issued share).
- Principle of rounding, handling fractional shares (if any): The number of shares issued will be rounded down to the whole number, the fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
For example: Shareholder A owns 110 shares, with the exercise ratio of 15%, the number of shares that shareholder will receive is 110 x 15/110 =16.5 shares. According to the rounding principle as above, the number of new shares that shareholder A will receive is 16 shares, the fractional shares (0.5 shares) will be cancelled.
- Payment place:
+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited will receive bonus shares at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: The bondholder carries out procedures to receive shares issued to raising share capital from equity at at the Vietbank Board of Directors Office, 11th Floor, Lim 2 Building, 62A Cach Mang Thang 8, Ward 6, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City during office hours and:
·     For individual shareholders: ID cards for shareholders with Vietnamese nationality; Passport/documents in lieu of passport for shareholders without Vietnamese nationality.
·     For institutional shareholders: ID card for legal representatives, authorized representatives who are individuals with Vietnamese nationality; Passport or documents in lieu of passport for legal representatives, authorized representatives who are individuals without Vietnamese nationality; Authentication documents for legal representatives, authorization documents of the authorizing organization in accordance with regulations in the case of authorized representation.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC
