TJC: Change in personnel

Transportation and Trading Services Joint Stock Company announced change in personnel as follows:
- Mr. Le Tat Hung has resigned from his position of Managing Director-cum-legal representative with effect since 01/08/2025
- Mr. Nguyen Anh Duc has been dismissed from his position of Secretariat-cum-Person in charge of corporate governance with effect since 01/08/2025
- Mr. Tran Trong Tam has been appointed Managing Director-cum-legal represenrative in place of Mr. Le Tat Hung with effect since 01/08/2025 through 31/07/2026
- Mr. Hoang Xuan Phuong has been appointed Secretariat-cum-Person in charge of corporate governance in place of Mr. Nguyen Anh Duc with effect since 01/08/2025 through 31/07/2026
