LDP: Information disclose Judgment No. 01/2025/LĐ-ST

On 10/10/2025, Lam Dong Pharmaceutical JSC received Judgment No. 01/2025/LĐ-ST dated 23/09/2025, from the People’s Court of Region I – Lam Dong, regarding a dispute over disciplinary action and dismissal, as well as unilateral termination of the labor contract between the Plaintiff, Ms. Le Thi Minh Thuy, and the Defendant, Lam Dong Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (Ladophar).
