Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:
- Payment rate: 10%/share ( VND 1,000 per share)
- Payment time: 28/11/2025
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited: The securities owner or the authorized person of the securities owner shall complete the procedures to receive cash dividends at the Finance and Accounting Department - Bac Minh Development Investment Joint Stock Company, No. 3, An Duong, Hong Ha ward, Hanoi on working days of the week from 28/11/2025. ID cards/passports and certificate of share ownership have to be presented. In case of receiving on behalf of others, legal power of attorney have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC
