BWS: 2nd Advanced payment of 2025 cash dividend

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) – Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Payment rate: 10%/share (VND 1,000 per share).
- Payment time: 10/12/2025.
- Payment place:
+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository members (DMs) where they opened depository accounts.
+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: Shareholders who have not registered their accounts, will receive dividends at the Company's Finance - Accounting Department, No. 14, 30/4 Street, Tam Thang ward, Hochiminh city, during office hours every Monday to Friday, from 10/12/2025. ID card/Power of Attorney have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC
