LBM: Adjusting the record date to pay the third dividend in 2022

The Board resolution dated April 27, 2023, the BOD of Lam Dong Mineral and Building Materials Joint Stock Company approved the adjustment to record date for the third cash dividend payment in 2022 as follows: -        Exercise ratio: 10% (1,000 dongs/share) -        Record date: May 17, 2023 (instead of May 08, 2023) -        Payment time: May 31, 2023 (instead of May 24, 2023).
