L10: Notice of record date for dividend payment

On May 11, 2023, Lilama 10 Joint Stock Company announces the record date to pay the cash dividend in 2022 as follows: 1)      Record date:    May 29, 2023 2)      Exercise ratio: 10%/share (1,000 dongs/share) 3)      Payment time: June 15, 2023 4)      Place of implementation: a)      For deposited securities: Shareholder will implement procedures to receive dividend at the securities companies where shareholders opened securities depository account. b)      For undeposited securities: Shareholder will receive dividend at Lilama 10 Joint Stock Company on working days. Please present shareholder’s identity card/citizen identity card and Share ownership certificate when receiving dividend at the Head office.
