On May 22, 2023, HNX announces the status of VNG Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: VNZ) as follows: VNZ shares are under trading restriction since 25/05/2023 due to the reasons the company is late in submitting audited financial statement 2022 for over 45 days as prescribed at point b Section 1, Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- The company was put into trading suspension because of its serious violation of the obligation to disclose information as prescribed at point d Section 1 Article 36 of the Regulation on registration and management of transactions of unlisted securities
