         - Exercise rate: 10% (shareholders holding 10 shares will receive 01 new share) 
         - Rounding method, handling fractional shares: Number of shares received will be rounded down to units digit. Fractional shares will be removed. Example: Shareholder A owning 555 shares at the record date of the list of shareholders to exercise rights, with the right rate of 10:1 so the number of shares that shareholders A will receive is 555*1:10 = 55.5 shares. According to rounding method, the number of shares that shareholders will receive is 55 shares. The fractional share (equal to 0.5 share) will be removed. 
          - Exercise place:
         + For undeposited shares: shareholders carry out procedures to receive dividends at office of Song Da No. 11 JSC on working days and present citizen identification.
