    2. For using BSC iBroker service, please read carefully all of terms of this disclaimer.
    3. Customers can only use BSC iBroker Service once they agree with all the terms of this disclaimer without any limitations or reservations.
    4. BSC iBroker Service is a service that BSC provides to customers to support them look up information, provide investment advice and recommendations based on available market and company data.
  2. THE RIGHT TO AMEND THE DISCLAIMER

BSC may, at its own discretion, modify and supplement or replace any parts of this disclaimer. The disclaimer will take effect immediately upon publication on the website. Therefore, customers need to refer to this disclaimer for updated information whenever using BSC iBroker Service on BSC website or any channels specified by BSC.

  1. INVESMENT RISKS

When using the service, depending on each question, iBroker software will provided the most logical answer based on all information collected by BSC. Most of the company and market information that the software collects to analyze is provided directly from the company itself, the publishing company, or the government agency that BSC believes to be reliable. However, BSC does not guarantee that all sources of information are completely accurate, and is not responsible for the accuracy of the information in the reports as well as not liable for any damages caused by using all or part these sources of information

Past market information is not a warranty of future results. BSC does not guarantee that the system, index, or buy/sell signals… will generate profits and will not generate losses.

  1. IT RISKS

Although BSC commits to provide customers with the best products and services, and constantly improves the system to meet customer’s requirements and to minimize risks, the consulting software will still have potential risks arising from the device, the connection, or the third parties providing their own service beyond our control.

Here are the risks that may be encountered while using the service:

  • Technical errors arising from hardware and software systems;
  • Risks of network system being delayed due to network congestion, electricity shutdown, or programming errors;
  • Customer login information may be stolen;
  • Computers are affected by virus which may cause disrupts in information transmission within network;
  • The identification of customers may be inaccurate;
  • The stock board and other stock information may have errors or be inaccurate;
  • Telecommunication network used to place orders over the phone, look up transaction information or receive notifications may be subject to problems, overload or blockage;
  • In addition, the system access speed may be negatively affected by the market fluctuation, high internet traffic, system performance, of any other factors beyond our control.
  1. FEE STRUCTURE
    1. While using BSC iBroker, customers agree and understand that, from time to time, BSC may specify one or many service fees. There fees are not the securities brokerage fees that customers are responsible to pay BSC for any securities transactions;
    2. BSC will public the fee structure on the company website.
  2. DISCLAIMER

BSC is not responsible for any errors or damages arising as a result of:

  • Customers do not comply with BSC's regulations;
  • The error of the system or any technical means involved, which causes the system does not respond to customer’s requests;
  • The company is delayed or is unable to fulfill its responsibility in accordance with the terms and regulations of the service, which may arise from machine malfunction, data processing, telecommunication information, natural disasters, or any other events beyond our control, or from the fraud or forgery by third parties;
  • Any actions taken outside the customer’s will, due to the customer’s misunderstanding of the service content or usage, or due to mistakes of customer manual operations (such as entering wrong data, facts, typing errors…);
  • The risk of customers having their account credentials stolen.
  1. OWNERSHIP RIGHT

The BSC iBroker consulting service is a property of BSC. Any acts of information exploitation or disclosure without BSC permission are consider illegal.
