  • Answer: Investors want to trade via phone just sign the following form “Service agreement to use electronic transactions” of BSC. After that they can use the registered phone number and password to perform transaction.
  • Answer:For online transaction, investors need:
    - Registering for online transaction using “Service agreement to use electronic transactions” form and registering the related authentification method.
    - Sign in to BSC’s website following the address: www.bsc.com.vn, access online transaction or visit the address: https://trading.bsc.com.vn/. Enter your account number and password to sign in and perform online transaction.
  • Answer: Please follow the instructions below
    Step 1: Access the link;
    Step 2: Fill in all personal information including phone number/email, ID card / Passport, fullname, enter the confirmation code including 05 characters and press "Agree". BSC will cross check the provided information with the information registered at BSC, in case the information matches, BSC will send OTP (including 06 digits) to confirm the request via SMS/Email registered by investor;
    Step 3: Enter the OTP code and press "Accept". After the request is confirmed, BSC will send login information including username and password (both log-in and trading password) via SMS/Email registered by investor.
  • Answer:Customers can click on forgot password section just below the log in window, the programme will automatically send the new password to customer registered email. In addition, customers can also call 04 3926466004 39264660 or 08 3821888908 38218889 to receive help from BSC’s employees.
  • Answer: After registering place order via phone function in the form “Service agreement to use electronic transactions”, investors will be given a password to trading via phone. When they want to trade over the phone, they should:
    - Make a call from the registered phone number to (+8424) 3926466004 / (+8424) 39264660 or (+8428) 3821888908 / (+8428) 38218889 to perform the transactions.
    - Provide password to the tellers.
    - Perform transactions: buy or sell, advancing, purchase additional issue, etc.
  • Answer: To ensure the safety of transacton, please call using the phone number which has been registered to perform transaction over phone.
  • Answer:When trading directly at the floor, customers please bring their ID card and issue a written orders to the trading desk.
  • Answer: To perform trading using margin, investors need:
    - Open the margin trading account at BSC
    - Place orders on margin sub-account instead of normal account (with the deposit ratio for each stocks and follow BSC’s provision in each period).

  • Answer: Put-through transaction is transaction which has pre-determined buyers and sellers.
    + HNX: Orders with volume from 5,000 or more shares may use the put-through transaction or normal transaction.
    + HSX: orders with volume from 20,000 or more shares / fund certificates must use put-through transaction.
    + Upcom: orders with volume over 10 shares can use put-through transaction.
    In case, customers cannot find the partners for put-through transaction, they can post an advertisement for an offer to buy or to sell via BSC.
  • Answer: Investors can deposit / transfer money to @BIDV account through any BIDV transaction points / branches through out the country or make online transaction via banking application
  • Answer: Investors can deposit money using one of the following methods:
    (i) Using deposit to securities trading account function on BIDV Smartbanking: In the Financial Services section, choose Securities > Deposit to securities trading account > BSC > Enter your trading account number 002CXXXXXX
    Or in the Financial Services section, choose Payment > Securities > BSC > Enter your trading account number 002CXXXXXX
    (ii) Deposit / transfer money into BSC identity account 9618 as follow:
    - Beneficiary account number: 9618 + BSC trading account (10 characters including 002CXXXXXX)
    - Beneficiary bank: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV)
    For example: Customer Nguyen Van A (account number: 002C123456) wants to deposit/transfer money into securities trading account:
    - Beneficiary account number: 9618002C123456
    - Beneficiary bank: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV)
    (iii) Deposit / transfer money into BSC general account using the following information:
    - Hanoi Head office:
    + Account number: 12310000388826
    + Account name: BIDV Securities Joint Stock Company (in Hanoi)
    - Hochiminh Branch:
    + Account number: 12310000392049
    + Account name: BIDV Securities Joint Stock Company - Hochiminh City Branch
    *Note:
    - Methods (i) and (ii) will automatically credit into customers securities trading account as soon as BIDV receives the credit report.Remittance submission time depends on the processing time of 24/7 money transfer system ỏ interbank transfer system.
    - When deposit / transfer, customers should carefully check the beneficiary's information before confirm the transaction to avoid risk of transfering money to the wrong account.
    - Money transfer orders made after 16h on working days will be automatically recognized by the system on the next working day.

    - Registering to use the service using “Service agreement to use electronic transactions”
    - logging in to BSC website and access Online trading / Transfer / Transfer money online
  • Answer: When using online money transfer service from trading account, customers can only transfer to accounts which have been registered with BSC.

    + Bringing ID card to withdraw directly at BSC’s trading counter

    Step 2: Switch to Security tab,enable: Enable JAVA content in the browser” and turn the security to bottom “Medium”, press OK to save the setting

PART I: VOUCHER USER MANUAL

  • Answer: Investors can check the voucher's information by following these steps:
    Step 1: Sign in to BSC WebTrader via link;
    Step 2: Select menu Report > List of investors who purchase discount voucher;
    Step 3: Enter the search period and press "Update" button, all vouchers given by BSC will be displayed with full information about the promotion amount and remaining validity period

    Step 1: Sign in to BSC WebTrader via Link;
    Step 2: Select Menu Report > Cash transaction history
    Step 3: Enter the search period and press "Update" button, all fee refund transaction will be displayed with the content "Refund..."
  • Answer: Investors' purchases and sales order are refundable. However fees collected by BSC on behalf of state management departments such as PIT, fees paying to the exchange market (HNX, HSX) depository fees or other services fees will not be entitled to voucher usage value.
