+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository members (DMs) where they opened depository accounts.
+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at Office of Dam Sen Water Park Joint Stock Company - 03 Hoa Binh, Binh Thoi Ward , Ho Chi Minh City from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on weekdays (except Tuesdays when the park is closed periodically and on holidays) starting from 11/02/2026. ID cards/ Letter of Introduction (if a legal entity)/ a legally authorized power of attorney with certification from the local authority (In case of receipt on behalf of another person) have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
