Stock dividend

- Execution rate: 100:15 (shareholders are entitled to 15 new shares for every 100 shares they own)
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares (if any): the number of shares additionally issued will be rounded down to the whole number, the fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
Example: On the record date, shareholder A who owns 1,117 shares are entitled to receive 1,117 x 15% = 167.55 shares. According to the rounding principle, shareholder A will receive 167 shares, the 0.55 fractional shares will be removed.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the Finance department of HPT Vietnam Corporation, Lot E2a-3, road D1, High-tek area, Tang Nhon Phu ward, Hochiminh city (8:30-12:00, 13:00-17:00, Monday ~ Friday). ID cards have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
HPT Vietnam Corporation, organizations and individuals participating in the process of preparing documents for corporate action processing shall be responsible before the law for the legality, accuracy, truthfulness and completeness of the documents; Organizations and individuals participating in the process of verifying documents shall be responsible before the law within the scope related to those documents as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 11a of the Securities Law No. 54/2019/QH14 dated November 26, 2019, supplemented by Clause 4, Article 1 of Law No. 56/2024/QH15 dated November 29, 2024./.
