Stock dividend

- Execution rate: 100:9 (shareholders are entitled to recieve 9 new shares for every 100 shares they own)
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares (if any): The number of shares additionally issued for dividend payment will be rounded down to the whole number. The decimal fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
- Example: On record date, shareholder Nguyen Van A who owns 6,210 shares. The number of new shares Mr. Nguyen Van A will receive in this dividend issuance is 558 shares (6,210*9/100= 558.9, rounded to 558). the 0.9 fractional shares will be removed.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive stock dividend at the office of Song Da Cao Cuong Joint Stock Company - Address: No. 214 Le Thanh Tong Street, Chi Linh Ward, Hai Phong City (on weekdays) . ID cards and/or legal documents of the organization have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
