TH1: Decision on continued trading restriction on UPCoM

Following Decision No. 911/QD-SGDHN dated September 07, 2023, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of TH1 stock as follows:
- Reason for trading restriction: the company had negative owner equity according to Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statements 2023
- Other reason for trading restriction:  the audit organization issued a disclaimer of opinion on Financial Statements 2021; the audit organization issued a qualified opinion on Financial Statements 2022;
- Ground for continued trading restriction: Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statements 2023
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly;
- Applicable law(s): Points a, c Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, TH1 must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
