On 13/09/2023, Hanoi Stock Exchange announces Decision No. 932/QD-SGDHN removing the UDC stock out of trading restriction - Effective date: 18/09/2023 - Reason for removing out of trading restriction: The company disclosed information on Annual General Meeting of shareholders 2022, as prescribed in Point b, Clause 4, Article 33 of Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Board of members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
