UDC: Notice of stock status

On September 13, 2023, HNX announces the status of Urban Development & Construction Corporation's shares (stock code: UDC) as follows:
- UDC shares are out of trading restriction starting from 18/09/2023 due to the reason the company has submitted its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2023 as prescribed at Point b, Clause 4 Article 33 of the Regulations on Registration and Trading management of Unlisted securities as attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
