+ Principle of handling fractional shares: due to execution rate of 1:1, there is no fractional share
+ The remaining shares due to shareholders' refusing right issue or refusing partial right issued iwill be decided by the Board of Directors (BOD) to distribute to other shareholders/ new investors, ensuring offered price, rights and conditions of other shareholders/new investors no more favorable than that offered to existing sharehoders in accordance with Article 42 Decree no.155/2020/NĐ-CP.

- Regulations on rights transfer:
+ Time period for right transfer: from 28/09/2023 to 24/10/2023.
+ Shareholders can divide shares to transfer to many different investors at the price agreed upon by both parties and are only allowed to be transferred once. The transferee is not allowed to transfer to a third party. The transfer of rights must ensure compliance with regulations on the ownership rate of foreign investors at the Company and Article 55 of the Law on Credit Institutions No. 47/2010/QH12 and Clause 14, Article 1 of revised Law on Credit Institutions No. 17/2017/QH14.

- Regulations on subscribed shares:
+ Time period for subscription and payment: from 28/09/2023 to 31/10/2023.
+ Shares offered to existing shareholders corresponding to the shareholder's ownership rate are not subject to transfer restrictions.
+ The number of shares that the shareholder or the transferee does not fully buy and offer to other shareholders or new investors are restricted from transfer for 01 year from the date of completion of the offering in accordance with the provisions of law.

Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSDC's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10:30 pm, 26th September 2023.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
