Following Decision No. 930/QD-SGDHN dated September 13, 2023, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of LTC stock of Low Current-Telecom Joint Stock Company as follows:
- Ground for continued trading restriction: Audited Financial Statements 2022;
- Reason: The auditor gives disclaimer of opinion to the Audited Financial Statements 2022;
- Trading restriction: trading is only available every Friday;
- Applicable law(s): Point c Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction, Low Current-Telecom Joint Stock Company shall send documents to the HNX for explanation and remedial measures.
