MBB: Transfer of Ownership for 44,550 shares

According to document No. 5968/UBCK-PTTT dated 30/08/2023  and No. 5190/UBCK-PTTT dated 04/08/2023 by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam and the dossier for ownership transfer of MBB shares, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation would like to announce completion of ownership transfer of   44,550 MBB shares from individuals to the Trade Union of Military Commercial Joint - Stock Bank.
