CX8: Change of dividend payment time

Pursuant to the document no. 209/CV/CX8-HĐQT dated 12/09/2023 of Constrexim No 8 Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company (securities code: CX8) on change of payment time of 2022 cash dividend, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce change of payment time of 2019 cash dividend of CX8 shares (the record date: 31/08/2023) as follows:

Payment time: 26/10/2023
Reason: Because of some unforeseen events, the source of money collected from the projects is not in accordance with the company's capital recovery plan, so the company needs more time to balance its capital sources so as not to affect the company's operations.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
