TKC: Decision on being put under trading suspension

Following Decision No. 938/QD-SGDHN dated 14/09/2023, HNX announces the following stock will be put under trading suspension as follow:
- Issuer: Tan Ky construction and real estate trading corporation
- Stock code: TKC
- Reason: The company is slow to release information about the financial report for the second quarter of 2023, the semi-annual corporate governance report for 2023 and the reviewed semi-annual financial report for 2023.
- Effective date: 25/09/2023
- Applicable laws: Point c, Clause 1, Article 41 of the Regulation on securities listing and trading attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 31/3/2022 of the Board of members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
