KLF: Stock under supervision

On September 21, 2023, pursuant to the Decision No.01/QD-HDTV dated 30 June 2021, Decision No.08/QD-HDTV dated 09 July 2021 Vietnam Stock Exchange, Law on Securities No.54/2019/QH14 dated 26 November 2019, Circular No.155/2020 ND-CP dated 31 December 2020 and Listing regulations attached with Decision No.17/QD-HDTV of Board of Members of Vietnam Stock Exchange, HNX announces that the following stock will be put under supervision as follows:
- Issuer: CFS Investment and Import Export Trading JSC
- Stock code: KLF
- Reason: the company submitted Reviewed Financial Statement 2022 over 30 days later than due date;
- Applicable regulations: Point G, Clause 1, Article 38 of Listing regulations attached with Decision No.17/QD-HDTV of Board of Members of Vietnam Stock Exchange
- Other reason: The company is being under alert, suspension and trading restriction status.
- Effective date: 25/09/2023
