LPB: Change of Date for Right Issue

Following the Notice no.13941/2023/LPBank.VPHĐQT dated 22/9/2023, pursuant to the Notice no.15/2022/CV-AGI-IR dated 25th February 2022 of An Gia Real Estate Investment and Development Corporation, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the extension of execution time of right issue as follows:
Announced information:
- Time period for right transfer: from 05/9/2023 to 26/9/2023
- Time period for subscription and payment: from 9th February 2022 to 10th March 2022
Changed information:
- Time period for right transfer: 9th February 2022 to 15th March 2022
- Time period for subscription and payment: ffrom 9th February 2022 to 17th March 2022
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
Other contents in the Notice no.1979/TB-VSD dated 18/7/2023 by VSD's Branch remain unchanged.
