BT6: Notice on stock status

On 29/09/2023, HNX announces the status of Beton 6 Corporation (stock code: BT6) as follows:
- BT6 stock is put out of alert under Decision No. 1000/QD-SGDHN dated 29/09/2023 as The Company organized the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2023 under Point b Section 4 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange
- BT6 shares are under continued trading restriction since 22/05/2023 because the company is late in submitting audited financial statement 2022 more than 45 days from the end of the time limit for information disclosure as prescribed in Points b Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation on registration and management of transactions of unlisted securities promulgated together with the Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
