Pursuant to the document no.05.2809/2023/CV-NSH dated 28/09/2023  of Vicem Ha Tien Cement Joint Stock Company on cancelling the record date for payment of 2022 cash dividend, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the record date for postal ballot, record date: 10/10/2023 in accordance with Notice no. 1299/TB-CNVSDC dated 27/09/2023 by VSDC's branch.
Reason: The issuer adjusts to comply with the instructions of the stock market management agency
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
