On 04/10/2023, HNX announces the status of VNECO 2 Electricity Construction Joint Stock Company (stock code: VE2) as follows: VE2 shares are put under trading restriction since 06/10/2023 as the Company was forced into mandatory delisting after the auditor had given a disclaimer of opinion to the Financial Statements 2022 as prescribed in Point c Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations on registration and management of transactions of unlisted securities promulgated together with Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
