PMS: Change in personnel

Petroleum Mechanical Stock Company announced change in personnel as follows:
- Mr. Ngo Minh Tu has been dismissed from Chair of Board of Directors with effect since 01/10/2023. 
- Mr. Doan Dac Hoc has been appointed to be in charge of Board of Directors from 01/10/2023 until the new Chair will be officially elected at Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders 2023 or Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2023 (expected on 01/04/2023).
