KAC: Notice of stock status

On October 05, 2023, HNX announces the status of Khang An Investment Real Estate Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: KAC) as follows:
- KAC shares are under continued trading restriction due to the Company has not organized Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the recent 02 consecutive fiscal years in the time limit from the end of fiscal year; the Company was late in submitting the reviewed Semi-Financial Statements 2023, the reviewed Semi-Financial Statements 2022 and the audited Financial Statements 2022 for more than 45 days at Point b, h Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange. KAC shares will only be traded on Friday weekly when being moved out of trading suspension.
- KAC shares are under trading suspension following Decision No. 49/QD-SGDHN dated February 13, 2023 due to to the Company is subject to mandatory delisting out of severe violations on information disclosure obligations under Decision No. 340/QD-SGDHCM dated August 26, 2019 by the Hochiminh Stock Exchange; according to the provisions at Point đ Section 1 Article 36 of the Regulations on Registration and Trading Management of Unlisted companies.
