On October 04, 2023, Ho Chi Minh Branch of Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (CNVSDC) announced Notice No. 5766/CNVSDC-DK.NV on the adjustment of exercise date for dividend payment in cash of Thuan An Coffee Joint Stock Company as follow:

Exercise date: 13/10/2023 (October 13, 2023)
2. Adjusted information
Exercise date: 28/03/2024 (March 28, 2024)
3. Reason for adjustment: Based on the balance of the Company's financial resources, payments cannot be made on time according to the above deadline. Therefore, Thuan An Coffee Joint Stock Company would like to extend the time for dividend payment in cash to shareholders.
Other contents in Notice No. 1273/TB-CNVSDC dated September 29, 2023 of CNVSDC remain unchanged.
