G20: Decision oncontinued trading restriction on UPCoM

Following Decision No. 1031/QD-SGDHN dated October 05, 2023, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of G20 stock as follows:
- Reason for trading restriction: the Company was late in submitting the reviewed Semi-Financial Statements 2023 for more than 45 days;
- Other reason for trading restriction: it had negative owner equity in the audited financial statement 2021; the auditor gave their disclaimer opinion on the financial statement 2021; it was late in submitting the reviewed Semi-Financial Statements 2023 and audited financial statement 2023 for more than 45 day
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly;
- Applicable law(s): Points a, b, c Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, the company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
