NTB: Notice of stock status

On October 05, 2023, HNX announces the status of Transport engineering construction & business investment stock company 584 (stock code: NTB) as follows:
- NTB shares are under continued trading restriction according to Decision No. 1037/QD-SGDHN dated 05/10/2023 because listing company did not organize annual general meeting of shareholders in the most recent 02 fiscal years within the time limit from the end of the fiscal years according to Clause 2, Article 139 of Enterprise Law; it was late in submitting the reviewed Semi-Financial Statements 2023 and audited financial statements for years 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 for more than 45 days according to the regulations on information disclosure; it had negative owner equity in the audited financial statement 2016; it belongs to the cases under Points a, b, h Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation on registration and management of transactions of unlisted securities promulgated together with the Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
