G20: Notice of stock status

On October 05, 2023, HNX announces the status of Vinh Phuc Textile Investment Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: G20) as follows: G20 shares are under continued trading restriction due to the reason that the Company was late in submitting the reviewed Semi-Financial Statements 2023 for more than 45 days;it had negative owner equity in the audited financial statement 2021; the auditor gave their disclaimer opinion on the financial statement 2021; it was late in submitting the reviewed Semi-Financial Statements 2023 and audited financial statement 2023 for more than 45 day according to Points a, b, c Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
It was put under alert according to Decision No.696/QD-SGDHN dated 07/07/2023 because the company did not organize annual general meeting of shareholders 2023 within the time limit from the end of the fiscal years according to Clause 2, Article 139 of Enterprise Law; it belongs to the cases under Point b Clause 1 Article 33 of Regulations on Registration and Management of Transactions of unlisted securities
