HVG: Notice of stock status

On October 05, 2023, HNX announces the status of Hung Vuong Corporation's shares (stock code: HVG) as follows:
- HVG shares are put under trading restriction according to Decision No.1022/QD-SGDHN dated 05/10/2023 due to the reason that listing company did not organize annual general meeting of shareholders in the most recent 02 fiscal years within the time limit from the end of the fiscal years according to Clause 2, Article 139 of Enterprise Law; it was late in submitting the reviewed Semi-Financial Statements 2022 and audited financial statement 2022 for more than 45 days according to the regulations on information disclosure as prescribed at Points b,h Clause 4 Article 34 of the Regulations on Registration and Trading management of Unlisted securities as attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange. It is only traded on Friday when it is put out of trading suspension
- HVG shares was put under trading suspension according to Decision No.50/QD-SGDHN dated 13/02/2023 due to it was forced to be delisted due to serious breach of information disclosure responsibilities according to Decision No.411/QD-SGDHCM dated 29/7/2020; so it belongs to the cases under Point d Clause 4 Article 36 of the Regulations on Registration and Trading management of Unlisted securities
