DCS: Decision on continued trading restriction on UPCoM

Following Decision No. 1029/QD-SGDHN dated October 05, 2023, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of DCS stock as follows:
- Ground for continued trading restriction: Reviewed semi-annual Financial Statement of 2023
- Reason: the company is late to submit the reviewed semi-annual financial statements of 2023 more than 45 days from the end of the time limit for information disclosure;
- Other reasons: the company is late to submit the audited financial statements of 2022 more than 45 days from the end of the time limit for information disclosure; the auditing organization gave disclaimer opinion on Financial Statements 2021; 

- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly;
- Applicable law(s): Points b, c Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction, Dai Chau Group Joint Stock Company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
