TOP: Decision on continued trading restriction on UPCoM

Following Decision No. 1043/QD-SGDHN dated October 05, 2023, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of TOP stock as follows:
- Reason for trading restriction: the Company was late in submitting the reviewed Semi-Financial Statements 2023 for more than 45 days
- Other reason for trading restriction: the Company was late in submitting the audited Financial Statements 2022 and reviewed Semi-Financial Statements for more than 45 days; the auditing organization gave disclaimer opinion on Financial Statements 2021;
- Ground for continued trading restriction: Reviewed Semi-0Financial Statement of 2023;
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly;
- Applicable law(s): Point b, c Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, Top One JSC must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
