TOP: Notice of stock status

On October 05, 2023, HNX announces the status of Top One JSC’s shares (stock code: TOP) as follows: 
- TOP shares are under trading restriction (Decision No. 1043/QD-SGDHN dated October 05, 2023) due to the Company was late in submitting the audited Financial Statements 2022 and the reviewed Semi-Financial Statements 2022, 2023 for more than 45 days; the auditing organization gave disclaimer opinion on Financial Statements 2021; according to the provisions at Point b, c Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
