AVF: Notice of stock status

On 05/10/2023, HNX announces the status of Anvifish Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: AVF) as follows: AVF shares are under continued trading restriction since 05/10/2023 because the company is late in submitting Review financial statement 2021,2022, 2023 and audited financial statement 2020, 2021, 2022 more than 45 days from the end of the time limit for information disclosure,  the company had negative owner equity in Review financial statement 2020, the auditor gave disclaimer opinion on Financial statement 2019, the company did not organize Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in the most recent 02 fiscal years according to Clause 2, Article 139 of the Enterprise Law as prescribed in Points a, b, c, h Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation on registration and management of transactions of unlisted securities promulgated together with the Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
